Innovation builds safety

Innovation has always been at the forefront of Depco Drilling safety practises. We can quickly introduce new ideas into our fully equipped workshops, helping reduce the potential for safety incidents.

Installing hydraulic powered folding walk ways on our water trucks is one example of our innovative thinking. Depco Drilling looks for suppliers who improve operations and personnel safety through innovative equipment technology.

Safety management

Internally, employees are supported to implement safety strategies by a small team of safety advisors and senior management. Our open door policy helps us to promote a healthy, safe culture – where all employees have a voice and valued opinions.

Depco Drilling uses a well developed safety management system aligned with AS/NZS 4801:2001, Occupational health and safety management systems. This alignment with AS/NZS 4801 gives our customers confidence that Depco Drilling uses continuous improvement for workplace health and safety processes, hazard control and incident reduction.
